My sister's ghostly helper.... -Beags |
My sister had left her house to go to a MetroParks activity with her two children (something at the zoo, I think). One of them was 1 yr, the other was 3. She had specifically asked her husband to leave the lights on so that she could see while she was juggling the kids and diaper bags to get in the house when they got home. She pulled into the driveway just after dark, and saw that ALL the lights were off, and that my brother-in-law's truck was nowhere in sight.
Frustrated and a little nervous, she went around to the other side of the van to get the kids out of the car, glancing one more time at the house to see if maybe there was at least one light on. No dice- the house was dark. She got the kids, and the diaper bags, and started to the house- EVERY SINGLE LIGHT in all of the front rooms of the house was ON. The porch light, too. She glanced around, to make sure she hadn't just missed her husband's truck, but it was still nowhere to be seen.
She took the kids inside and searched the house, but no one was there!!! |
